Okay guys! I need a beat down! I need real, honest comments about this painting.... yes... this is the same painting at the previous one with Einstein on it posted below... I just painted and collaged over it because I didn't feel at peace with it!
So all that to say... this is the redo... please give me any and all comments... hurt my feeling, be honest, critique it up one side and down the other...
I can handle it...I was in art school for 4 years and you could never do anything decent in the eyes of those professors!
oh yeah... this is the "THOUGHT" painting... the greek-style architecture on there is called a lyceum (look it up)...
thanks guys for helping me with this ongoing creative meeting...I am having self-esteem issues with these paintings... I am my own worst enemy!

I really like it for the most part, but I feel a little lost with the top right section...the only reason being that it's not anchored and it's a different style than the rest of the painting. But maybe that's your point - it makes me think about what's going on. Nice job so far!
My favorite part was what you changed. I liked the colors and patterns that were in the left hand side of the first draft. I do love the skyline. I am so impressed with your talent! H
I have to admit, I'm just not a good person to critique art - I think you are SO talented, and I am so NOT wired this way, that anything you do is incredible to me. I don't have much of a critical eye when it comes to art..try me on music..ha ha!! Personally, I love it.
i like it so far...but i don't understand the skyline. i understand einstein & the lyceum (greek=thought)...but you're going for random..like random thoughts. i do like the colors though. i haven't critiqued anything in a LONG time.
